 Prior to the photo session, a thorough discussion will take place to understand and align on the client's vision, preferences, and specific requirements for the shoot.

 Prices are subject to variation based on the nature of the work, complexity, and the number of edits requested. A transparent breakdown of costs will be provided to the client before finalising any agreement.

The pricing includes a specific number of edited images, with the option to request additional edits at an agreed-upon rate, additions of edits will cause an increase in costs accordingly. Raw images may also be available, depending on the client's preference.

A 50% payment is required upfront to secure the booking, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion and delivery of the finalised images. Payments can be made remotely through agreed-upon methods for the client's convenience.

Any cancellation or rescheduling should be communicated at least [insert number] days before the scheduled shoot to avoid any applicable fees. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, efforts will be made to accommodate changes.

The client is granted personal usage rights for the images, with commercial use requiring separate agreement and compensation. The photographer retains copyright to all images.

Any additional services beyond the initially agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and confirmed with the client before implementation.

 The client agrees to cooperate during the photo session to ensure the best possible results. This includes following guidance on poses, locations, and other aspects essential for a successful shoot.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or emergencies, both parties will work together to reschedule the shoot at the earliest convenience.
